Hi Paula, Creatine monohydrate powder is not soluble in water, it is suspended in the drink, so you have to mix it and consume the mixture before the powder precipitates to the bottom of the glass. The taste of creatine is that of the 100% pure compound, but its flavor is quite neutral anyway, you can combine it with protein shakes to not notice it to any degree. Best regards.

El monohidrato de creatina en polvo no es soluble en agua, se suspende en la bebida, por lo que tienes que mezclarlo y consumir la mezcla antes de que el polvo se precipite al fondo del vaso.
El gusto de la creatina es el propio del compuesto 100% puro, pero su sabor es bastante neutro igualmente, puedes combinarlo con batidos de proteínas para no notarlo en ningún grado.
