I have been taking creatine daily for a couple of months now, and so far I am very satisfied with the results. I notice a greater capacity for recovery after exercise, and faster muscle development than before taking it. It's not a miracle product, and if you don't accompany it with a good training routine it won't do any good, but it does speed up your results and help you perform better.
