Generic product at a good price
HSN Creatine Monohydrate is a generic supplement that fulfills its function quite well. Taken in the right dosage, it improves muscle performance in strength activities. Although to a lesser extent, these improvements are also seen in endurance activities. HSN has another 100% Creapure presentation that significantly improves the texture. I prefer it despite being somewhat more expensive.
La Creatina Monohidrato de HSN es un suplemento genérico que cumple bastante bien con su función. Tomado en su dosis justa mejora el rendimiento muscular en actividades de fuerza. Aunque en menor cuantía, éstas mejoras también y se aprecian en actividades de resistencia. HSN tiene otra presentación 100% Creapure que mejora sensiblemente la textura. Yo la prefiero a pesar de ser algo más cara.
