Very soluble. Very digestive. Not heavy.
I was given this product as a gift with my first order. And I have to say, unlike others I have tried, this one does not give me stomach ache, nor does it cause abdominal bloating. It dissolves very well. I mix it with the BCAAS to take it during training. It is still early to notice results. But the truth is that I have more energy and I will repeat.
Me obsequiaron con este producto en mi primer pedido. Y tengo que decir, que a diferencia de otras que he probado, esta no me da dolor de estómago, ni me causa hinchazón abdominal. Disuelve muy bien. La mezclo con los BCAAS para tomarlo durante el entreno. Aún es pronto para notar resultados. Pero lo cierto es que tengo más energía.Repetiré.

Very happy with the product.
One of my favorite supplements that I take daily. As it has no flavor I can mix it with other products or take it directly. It is a supplement that must be taken daily and the results appear over time, but I am very satisfied and I am already seeing the first results.

I have been taking HSN creatine for a long time and I can say that it is a quality product. I definitely notice the results in my workouts: I feel stronger and I get more out of it. It dissolves well if you don't leave it too long. The only downside is the packaging that doesn't always seal well and lets moisture in. Transfer it to another bottle and that's it.
Llevo tomando la creatina de HSN desde hace mucho tiempo y puedo afirmar que es un producto de calidad. Noto sin duda los resultados en mis entrenamientos: me encuentro con más fuerza y saco más rendimiento. Se disuelve bien si no lo dejas demasiado tiempo. El único pero es el embalaje que no siempre se cierra bien y deja entrar humedad. Pásalo a otro bote y listo.

An excellent product, no particular observations to be made. The packaging is great, only after many openings and closings, and with the package almost finished, the plastic tab that holds the package closed tends to come off.
