Even loading with low doses (the recommended dose) you start to notice that the muscle fills up in a little more than two or three days. My recommendation is to mix it with plenty of water. I use 500ml per recommended dose and wait about a couple of hours until it has completely dissolved. It is unflavored so you can mix it with any other drink.
Aún cargando con dosis bajas (la recomendada) empiezas a notar que el músculo se llena en poco más de dos o tres días. Mi recomendación es mezclarla con bastante agua. Yo uso 500ml por dosis recomendada y espero cerca de un par de horas hasta que se ha disuelto por completo. No tiene sabor así que la puedes acompañar en cualquier otra bebida.
