I like it
I always buy the 500g packet. When it sits in the cupboard for a long time or accidentally gets more air in it, it seems to get harder and harder to mix into the smoothie. That's why I buy the 500g pack. Apart from that, I use it in my morning porridge or smoothie and the fact that it has no taste helps to keep the food tasting good. I feel good with this creatine.
Compro sempre o pacote de 500 g. Quando fica muito tempo no armário ou se acidentalmente apanha mais ar, parece que fica mais duro e custa a misturar no batido. Por isso, compro a embalagem de 500 g. Tirando isso, utilizo nas papas de manhã ou no batido e o facto de não ter sabor ajuda a manter o sabor da comida. Sinto-me bem com esta creatina.
