Best creatine monohydrate on the market
I started using it because of the comments about it being a potent energy enhancer both physically and cognitively. I have been using it for a short time and although I have started with the maintenance dose from what I have heard it is very worthwhile. I think with all the studies and all that is known about creatine it's a shame that not everyone is taking it. So I recommend it a lot.
La empecé a usar por los comentarios de ser un potente potenciador de la energía tanto física como cognitiva. Llevo poco tiempo usándolo y aunque he empezado con la dosis de mantenimiento por lo que tengo oído merece mucho la pena su consumo. Creo que con todos los estudios y con todo lo que se sabe de la creatina es una pena que no todo el mundo la esté tomando. Así que la recomiendo un montón.

I have not tried others, so I have the impression that the solubility could be better, because when drinking it mixed only with water and L-glutamine, you feel a little creatine granules, however it is very light and hardly notice this feeling. For the rest (price and quality), I recommend it.
