Creatine

I don't think you can ask for much more in relation to the quality/price ratio. For me personally, due to digestive problems, it was too strong for me with the consequent intestinal laxity. But being well in the stomach I don't think it would cause problems.

No creo que en relación calidad precio pueda pedirse mucho más. A mí personalmente por problemas digestivos me caía fuerte con la consecuente flojera intestinal. Pero estando bien del estómago no creo que de problemas.
