I think it is one of the best creatines that can be found on the market, I take between 4 and 5 grams per day for quite some time, because I notice it during training and what is more important, it maintains my muscles in periods of low or no training. The taste is not very pleasant, but it is quick to drink and I am not looking for a candy.
