Going well

I am very happy with this creatine. At first it gave me a little stomach upset. Nothing major. It just made me want to go to the bathroom. After three weeks, taking it every day in doses of 3 grams, the discomfort went away. Now I digest it well. I notice more strength and muscle volume.

Estoy muy contento con esta creatina. Al principio me daba un poco de malestar estomacal. Nada importante. Solo es que me daban ganas de ir al baño. Al cabo de tres semanas, tomándola todos los días en dosis de 3 gramos, se fue dicho malestar. Ahora la digiero bien. Noto más fuerza y volumen muscular.

Very good option

I like that HSN controls the whole process and that allows cheap prices, creatine very well. In water it doesn't dissolve particularly well, although I don't think it's the production but the molecule itself. It dissolves perfectly well in vegetable protein shakes in water. Remember that the protein scoop does not work, ask for a specific creatine scoop (smaller).

Me gusta que HSN controle todo el proceso y eso permita precios baratos, la creatina muy bien. En agua no se disuelve especialmente bien, aunque no creo que sea cosa de la producción sino de la molécula en sí. Se disuelve perfectamente en batidos de proteínas vegetales en agua. Recordad que el cazo de las proteínas no vale, pedir cazo específico de Creatina (más pequeño).

Very good product

I started taking this version of HSN when they didn't have creapure, more than a year ago. However, apart from the texture, which sometimes gets a bit grainy, I don't notice much difference in terms of performance. So, for value for money I alternate them. Highly recommended :)

Empecé a tomar esta versión de HSN cuando no tenían creapure, hará ya más de un año. Sin embargo, más allá de la textura, que a veces se pone un poco granulosa, no noto gran diferencia a nivel rendimiento. Así que, por calidad precio voy alternándolas. Muy recomendada :)
