Took 1 kg neutral flavor, quality price unbeatable however as is often the case with these packs, they tend to no longer close or break after a short time, otherwise always very good quality creatine at prices almost 60% less than the competition thank you.

Good dissolution in warm water

This is the second time I buy it to reinforce my workouts and I really hope it shows internally, because externally I don't notice any changes since I started taking it. I don't like the bosa zip packaging.
