Creatine monohydrate
After listening to some endocrine doctor I was encouraged to start using creatine to recover better from efforts. I practice cycling and during the week I do weight training sessions at home and although I have only been using it for a week, I have noticed an improvement even if it is a minor detail, it is that the stiffness disappeared almost the next day when it usually lasts almost a week.
