It is tasteless and if you dissolve it together with the proteins it is easier than if you dissolve it only with water.

Sin sabor y si lo disuelves junto las proteínas es mas fácil que si solo se hiciera con el agua.

I don't think I can say anything about creatine. The scoop that comes is supposed to be half filled. It would be ideal if they gave a scoop of the exact size to avoid having to calculate the amount.
