Creatine monohydrate

After listening to some endocrine doctor I was encouraged to start using creatine to recover better from efforts. I practice cycling and during the week I do weight training sessions at home and although I have only been using it for a week, I have noticed an improvement even if it is a minor detail, it is that the stiffness disappeared almost the next day when it usually lasts almost a week.

Después de escuchar a algún medico endocrino me anime a empezar a usar la creatina para recuperar mejor de esfuerzos. Practico ciclismo y entre semana hago sesiones en casa de pesas y aunque solo llevo una semana usando, he notado una mejora aunque sea un detalle menor, es que las agujetas me desaparecieron casi al día siguiente cuando suelen durarme casi una semana.
