Texture, tips for use and results
It has no taste at all, if you mix it with water it tastes like tap water (not so bad). It is a bit grainy especially in water because it does not dissolve well so I prefer to mix it with yogurt, kefir or similar and you can hardly notice it. In terms of results, I take it with tribulus and I'm doing great, I feel like I'm building muscle faster and reaching my goals better. I recommend it 100%.
No tiene nada de sabor, si la mezclas con agua sabe a agua de grifo (ni tan mal).
Es un poco granulosa sobretodo en agua porque no se disuelve bien así que yo prefiero mezclarla con yogurt, kéfir o similar y casi ni se nota.
A nivel de resultados yo la tomo con tribulus y me está yendo súper bien, siento que estoy musculando más rápido y llegando mejor a mis objetivos.
