Good value for money

It does what it promises but I have a hard time taking it in powder form so lately I've been taking pills. I recognize that for those who tolerate it well, I understand that it is better.

Cumple lo que promete pero a mi me cuesta mucho tomarlo en polvo así que últimamente tomo pastillas. Reconozco que para quien lo tolera bien entiendo que es mejor.
