You can't go wrong with creatine for those who want a plus of energy or recovery during exercise. Some people do not notice it when taking it, I do notice it, especially when I do not take it, as it reduces fatigue and I can perform better, I recommend watching the tutorial on creatine intake of PowerExplosive that explains how to do the loading period and then maintenance.
No puede fallar la creatina para los que quieran un plus de energía o recuperación en el ejercicio. Hay gente que no lo nota al tomarlo, yo si lo noto, sobretodo cuando no lo tomo, ya que me reduce bastante la fatiga y puedo rendir mejor, recomiendo ver el tutorial de la ingesta de creatina de PowerExplosive que explica como hacer el periodo de carga y luego de mantenimiento.
