Me lo recomendaron para reducir problemas digestivos, (gases, digestiones pesadas) la verdad es que sí que noto su efecto a nivel gastrointestinal, parece que se me esta cerrando la alta permeabilidad del intestino, a nivel deportivo también noto que me recupero con mas facilidad y tengo mas energía en general, no solo entrenando, en polvo tiene efecto más rápido que en cápsulas.
