Excellent product

Excellent sugars, which can be taken alone (there will be more insulin spike) or with protein. I usually include it pre-workout with some protein, and also intra-workout and post-workout. Sweet taste if taken alone. Cheap and quality, a 10.

Excelentes azúcares, que se pueden tomar solo (habrá más pico de insulina) o con proteínas. Suelo incluirlo preentreno con algo de proteína, y también intraestreno y posentreno. Sabor dulce si se toma solo. Barato y de calidad, un 10.

The unflavored dextrose I buy is of supreme quality. I use it for my wife who is ideopathic hypoglycemic, and it is super effective, in fact we do not go out without a preparation with water to control her lows. Good value for money. The only drawback is that the packaging is quite uncomfortable both for serving and storing.

Very good product

Perfect for before and after training, it works great for me, I usually mix it with protein after training to replenish lost glycogen and it shows.
