Maitake mushroom (fruiting bodies of Grifola frondosa), Reishi mushroom (fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum), Shiitake mushroom (fruiting bodies of Lentinus edodes), gelatin, bulking agent [microcrystalline cellulose (vegetable fibre)], anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

Perfect combination in high doses
I am taking it along with Cordyceps from HSN, the perfect combination. The nutritionist recommended a mushroom combo from a much more expensive brand that included Cordyceps, Reishi, Shiitake and Maitake. I found a cheaper one but with half the dosage.
