Prevention of colds.

It has always been good for me, especially in these times of cold and sudden weather changes, to do cycles of 4 to 6 weeks of echinacea. Since then, my tendency to catch a cold is practically nil.

Siempre me ha ido bien, sobre todo en estas épocas de frío y cambios bruscos de tiempo, el hacer ciclos de 4 a 6 semas de equinácea. Desde entonces, mi tendencia a resfriarme es prácticamente nula.
