I do not usually take vitamin D3 without K2. The latter prevents calcium plaques from forming in the long run. However, sometimes, for a lower price, I take D3 alone. It does not pose a risk either.
No suelo tomar la vitamina D3 sin la K2. Ésta última impide que, a la larga, se produzcan placas arteriales de calcio. No obstante, a veces y por un precio más bajo, tomo la D3 sola. Tampoco supone un riesgo.
