I have almost never taken it alone, so I could not value it as such or I do not really know if its effect is thanks to arginine or because of the rest of things... what I have clear is that with protein, amino acids, beta alanine, citrulline... + arginine, I've always done better than without it...

Force
I took it before going to the gym in the morning with just a coffee, and I can say that it really gave me that extra resistance I needed. I usually accompany it with a banana, a date and a piece of parmesan with salt, brutal! I wanted to test if the arginine and citrulline alone was effective and it is.

It has an effect on me
I like this product I think it does its job very well. When it comes to training I notice that I can that little bit more, it gives me that point of strength, where I notice the most is that the veins of the arms are more visible and I do not know why but since I take it I'm always with the loaded gun you win at all times.
