    How should I take these supplements?

    Evobeast

    Mix 1 scoop of 70ml (approx. 50g) with 300ml of water, take once a day.

    • If you want to use it for demanding sports, take it 30 minutes before training.
    • If you are going to use it for team or contact sports, start taking it 10 minutes before training and finish it during training.

    Evorecovery

    Mix 2 scoops of 50ml (approx. 50g) with 400ml of water and use after training.

    Creatine Monohydrate

    Mix 1/2 scoop of 10ml (approx. 3.5g) in 200-250ml of water, juice, or protein shake. Take it once a day, no matter when you do it.

    I bought this pack because it had everything I needed, creatine already consumed it before and recovery also and I was very happy, I have not yet tried the pre workout that looks very good.

    I bought this pack last August and I discovered Evobeast which is already a fixed in my workouts and Evorecovery which is also very good for after exercise, then creatine is already an old acquaintance very useful for gaining strength. And the jewel in the crown was a 1.8l black and gold flask which is no longer the one in the pack, I hope they restock it again because it is divine.

    Este pack lo compré el agosto pasado y me descubrió Evobeast que ya es un fijo en mis entrenamientos y Evorecovery que también viene muy bien para después del ejercicio, luego la creatina ya es un viejo conocido muy útil para ganar fuerza. Y la joya de la corona era un bidón negro y dorado de 1,8l que ya no es el que está en el pack, ojalá lo vuelvan a reponer porque es divino.

    This pack is the pack. It has the best pre-workout I've tried to date. The ideal recuperator to take right after training, and also your creatine to add on rest days. And if that wasn't enough, a bottle to hydrate you perfectly during training.
