Leucine 500g - RawSeries

Leucine is another amino acid, with similar characteristics to the other two included in this pack in terms of extraction and product presentation. It is of vegetable origin, 100% pure, unflavoured and vegetable extracted. They are all complementary and easy to combine in our daily supplementation.

HOW DO YOU USE IT?

On waking and before breakfast

Take 1 scoop (5g) of Arginine HCL + 1 serving (5g) of Micronised Glutamine, mixed with 250ml of water.

30 minutes before training:

Take 1 scoop (5g) of Arginine HCL + 1 serving (5g) of Arginine HCL, mixed with 250ml of water.

After training:

Take 1 scoop (5g) of Leucine + 1 serving of Evowhey Protein, mixed in the same shaker with 300ml of water.

As a snack:

You can add 1 shake with 1 scoop of Evowhey Protein, 2 times a day between meals, e.g. mid-morning and afternoon.
