how do I take these supplements?
Creatine Monohydrate
Mix 1/2 scoop of 10ml (approx. 3,5 g) in 200-250ml of water, juice, or protein shake. Take once a day. You can combine it with the Evohydro 30 HD shake.
Evosterone
Take 1 capsule twice a day. Ideally, use it in the morning with breakfast and at night with dinner.
Evohydro 30HD
Mix 2 scoops of 15ml (approx. 15 g) with 210-250ml of skimmed milk or water. You can take it before or after training.
