Evofuel 150g - SportSeries

This complete pre- and intra-workout will support muscle recovery and endurance. This is thanks to its unique formula, which combines the beneficial effects of carbohydrates (Cluster Dextrin®, Palatinose™, Dextrose and Maltodextrin), amino acids (EAA's, Citrulline Malate and Taurine), caffeine, herbal extracts of amaranth (Oxystorm®), beetroot and grape and apple extract (Vinitrox™) and, lastly, an adequate supply of electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium). All of these are ingredients of proven quality.

And when it comes to taking it, it's very easy!

Just mix 1 scoop with water. Take it once a day. Ideally:

Take it before training if you do short, high-intensity, explosive workouts.
Start taking it half an hour before you start and extend the intake until halfway through your workout, when you do longer workouts.

It fulfills its function, it takes longer for fatigue to appear. I have only tried the black currant one and it tastes good. I have not noticed that tingling immediately after taking it that I had with the previous pre-workout of another brand.

Cumple su función, tarda mas en aparecer la fatiga. He probado solo el de grosella negra y tiene un buen sabor. No he notado ese hormigueo nada mas tomarlo que si tenia con el anterior pre-workout de otra marca.

Good taste and fulfills its function, on long outings with the bike is great, fatigue is much less noticeable.
