Evopump 90 veg caps - SportSeries

Evopump is a vegan food supplement made from herbal extracts of Amaranth, Beetroot, Vitis vinifera, Green Tea and Cayenne.

The extracts we use in this formula are standardised in their active ingredients, which means they have a specific minimum concentration.

Cluster Dextrin® 1KG - RawSeries

It is a proprietary highly branched cyclic dextrin in raw format, i.e. 100% pure, without additives. This dextrin is produced from amylopectin.

This food supplement is a pure source of carbohydrates, which is the main source of energy for our body during physical exercise, whether intense or long-lasting. It should also be noted for its good solubility, which, together with the fact that it does not contain flavourings, makes it perfect for mixing with any other supplement to make a more complete shake if possible.

Evoenergy Gel Without Caffeine 50G X5 - SportSeries

This caffeine-free energy gel in a single-dose format is made from carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. It provides 31g of carbohydrates per serving, in the form of glucose and fructose according to the recommendations of the American College of Sports Medicine.

The texture of this gel is medium and is easy to take during physical activity. Our gel is slightly larger than the average commercial gel, containing 50g of product.

Evoenergy Gel with Guarana and Caffeine 50G X5 - SportSeries

This gel has a similar formula to the previous one, except it contains caffeine and guarana.

Evohydro 2.0 is a hydrolysed whey protein, with Lacprodan^® Hydro.90 INS raw material, lactose-free, and low in fat. 86% of its composition is protein, and it also has a very complete aminogram.

How to take?

Here is the ideal method of use for this combination of supplements:

A) EVERY DAY

Before breakfast: Take a shake of Evohydro 2.0, to do so mix 1 heaped scoop (30g) with 250ml of water.
At breakfast: Take 3 capsules of Evopump.

B) TRAINING DAYS

5 minutes before starting your workout, take 1 Evoenergy Gel with Guarana and Caffeine with 250ml of water.
During exercise, take 1 Evoenergy Gel Without Caffeine every 45-60 minutes with 250ml of water.
After exercise, drink 1 shake with 1 scoop of Cluster Dextrin + 1 scoop of Evohydro 2.0 along with 450ml of water, plus 1 Evogummy Recovery Gummy Bar.

Perfect pack

This pack is perfect if you practice endurance sports. It contains several products that you can use before and during sports. I have tried them all and the truth is that I am quite happy. In addition, the Shaker has a very nice design.
