Liquid Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient that’s a great idea after consuming large amounts of alcohol, which can cause alterations in B12 metabolism, leading, in the long term, to functional B12 deficiency in drinkers (Pott et al., 2014).

Vitamin B12 is used for hangovers because it contributes to normal energy metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

ORS Cocolytes (Coconut Water + Electrolytes) powder

Our Optimal Oral Rehydration Solution, developed with coconut water and a high mineral salt content, including chloride, sodium and potassium, will help keep you hydrated from the night of the party until the end of the next day. The best rehydration possible!

Cocolytes has been developed following the WHO recommendations for the development of hypotonic oral solutions for rehydration.

Liver Care (Liver Health)

Liver Care is a unique HSN formula developed using incredible plant extracts, including: Milk Thistle, Turmeric, Artichoke and Black Pepper (BioPerine^®).

In addition to containing NAC, Coenzyme Q10, a broad spectrum of vitamins and choline, which helps to maintain normal liver function.

How to use it

Attention! It's really important you use the products in this pack in order to get the maximum effects. Make sure to get out a pen and paper or take a screenshot of this section:

Before going out

Prepare a solution of 1 x 20ml dispenser of Cocolytes with 600ml of water and consume between 20 and 50% of it.

When you get home

Before bed, drink the rest of the Cocolytes solution to guarantee optimal rehydration.

Take 1 drop of liquid vitamin B12, which you can mix it in the Cocolytes drink.

The morning after

When you wake up, eat foods rich in carbohydrates and healthy fats for breakfast. For example, using a combination of our Protein Porridge and Peanut Butter.

Mix 1 scoop of 20ml of Cocolytes with 600ml of water and drink it during the first 2-3 hours after getting up.

Take 1 capsule of Liver Care (Liver Health) with breakfast, another with lunch, and one more with dinner.

Rest and do some light physical exercise, like walking.

I think it's a brilliant ideal. Although it's wrong to say it, drinking alcohol is normalized, as much as it may weigh us down, and on certain occasions we can go overboard and drink a lot. On those awful mornings, having nutrients at your disposal to help you improve this state is to be welcomed. Very good choice of products.

I tried the anti hangover pack and I liked its effectiveness after a few hours of taking it. The taste of the powder that is like a serum and vit b12 I do not like, but you drink it. Faster recovery when you overdo it with alcohol.
