This food, based on modified waxy corn starch, has a high amylopectin content. This makes it a particularly interesting type of carbohydrate thanks to its branched structure. And it's also able to retain the functional characteristics of other, simpler digestive carbohydrates.
Amylopectin 2.0 (Corn Starch) is especially interesting for athletes because of its high carbohydrate content. They have a particularly important role in reducing muscle fatigue and tiredness after high intensity or long duration exercise.
