• Looking for a recipe idea? Follow these steps for a delicious mousse:

Mousse:

• Add 150g of low-fat Greek yoghurt or skyr, 40g of 100% Whey Protein Isolate, 1 teaspoon of your favourite flavouring, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of cold water, and 2 to 3 tablespoons of coconut sugar to your processor.
• Blend everything together.
