We've made this flavouring, especially for milk proteins. You can combine it with your favourite protein and enjoy a different flavour every day. Our R&D&I team has worked to ensure it has an excellent solubility index and no impact on the final texture of your shakes.

We listened to what our customers wanted and found the solutions, creating a whole range of flavours so that you can vary the flavour of your shake every single day. You can also use them to a unique touch to recipes.

 

• For a delicious shake, simply mix 1-2 x 70ml scoops of Whey Protein Concentrate, 1 x 5ml (3g) scoops of the Flavour System for Milk Proteins, and 250-500ml of skimmed milk or water.
• Need a recipe suggestion? Try this delicious egg white fluff:

Egg White and Whey Protein Fluff:

• In a bowl, mix 15g of egg white with 5g of xanthan gum and 100ml of water, then whisk until a frothy mass forms, as you would for stiff peaks.
• Then add 15g of Whey Protein together with 1 teaspoon of your favourite flavouring and whisk again.
• Finally, while continuing to whisk, add 50ml of sparkling water.
• We recommend adding syrup, frozen fruit, nut butter or even pieces of chocolate as a garnish for your fluff. The choice is yours!
