It is important that when you open the cream stir it a lot because it comes with its separate oil once you do it at the beginning it stays well and it is also important not to put it in the fridge so it does not lose the texture of cream that it has, the flavor is coconut but soft and has the texture of cream I have only used it for pancakes but surely it can be given a thousand uses.

This coconut cream is very good! The only thing I would change is the container, I would put it in a glass one, it is a very greasy product and in the plastic jar everything gets greasy, it doesn't close the same, it catches more the temperatra from outside... but the flavor is good.

Rich flavor
I liked the flavor, but to spread it on tortillas or whatever, it is very difficult because it is very hard. I want to try it when making a sponge cake and I'm sure it will give a great flavor. The jar is plastic and can not be heated in the micro so I have to be taking some out for a small jar and heat it every time I use it but not s if it will be very good.
