Director of Quality and Food Safety at HSN | Biochemist and Biotechnologist

Within HSN, I am responsible for Quality at the HSN factory and I oversee the development of formulations for supplements and food preparations, as well as reviewing the documentation and requirements of the raw material used in creating products. I also carry out the development of product technical data sheets and the certification of raw material reception, verifying that it meets our quality criteria.

Professional education


Degree in Biochemistry: I obtained my degree at the University of Granada (UGR), where I developed the molecular knowledge required for the technical supervision of raw materials.


Master’s in Biotechnology: I complemented my specialisation with a postgraduate programme at the University of Granada, focusing on the industrial application of advanced biological processes.


Master’s in Food Safety: I specialised in international regulations and quality management through CESIF, a reference institution for process control in the food industry.
