Excellent as a supplement to beta alanine.
It is an indispensable product if you want to consume beta alanine for a long period of time. Beta alanine depletes the taurine levels in our brain. I use it pre and post workout and I notice satisfactory results. I will repeat the purchase, because it comes in a good quantity and in a format that is not very peculiar, in powder, because it always comes in pills and it is a "nuisance" to have to take pills.
Es un producto indispensable si se quiere consumir la beta alanina por un periodo largo. Pues la beta alanina agota los niveles de taurina en nuestro cerebro. Yo la uso pre y post entreno y se notan resultados satisfactorios. Repetiré la compra, pues viene una buena cantidad y en un formato que no es muy peculiar, en polvo, pues siempre viene en pastillas y es un "engorro" tener que tomar pastillas.
