Es la primera vez que pruebo este citrato de magnesio, ya que desde hace unos dos años he estado consumiendo el otro citrato de magnesio que tienen en la web también en polvo, el cual no se disolvía bien y quedaban muchos grumos y se desperdiciaba producto, pero la eficacia sí que era buena, para dormir mejor, ir mejor al baño, para los músculos, articulaciones, etc. este suplemento es buenísimo, y tod@s deberían de consumirlo.
este nuevo magnesio contiene un poco más de cantidad y es más costoso, es el único punto negativo, el precio elevado, pero se disuelve bien, ya no noto como arenita en la boca, y de sabor neutro, entra muy bien. eso sí, hay que moverlo durante unos segundos, bien, para que se disuelva.
