I changed the own brand for this one, as for me they are too big to swallow and they are just as big as the HSN ones, I will buy the same ones again, I wish they were small.

Cambié la marca propia por éste, pues para mí son muy grandes para tragar y son igual de grandes que las de HSN, volveré a comprar las mismas, me gustaría que fueran pequeñas.

Jen takes one every night before bed. I have no trouble swallowing it. As I always have trouble sleeping, it can only be good for me. It's also essential for muscular contraction, as I work out. What's more, I hear it's important for vitamin D assimilation. In short, I'll buy more!

J'en prend un tout les soir avant de dormir. Je n'ai aucune difficulté à l'avaler. Comme j'ai toujours du mal avec mon sommeil, ça ne peut que me faire du bien. C'est également essentiels dans la contraction musculaire, je fais de la muscu. En plus il parait que c'est important pour l'assimilation de la vitamine D. Bref, j'en rachèterai !
