Very good
I take it along with other (many) supplements to help the heart and I think it works well. I sprinkle it on my breakfast cereal by opening the capsules so I don't swallow so many capsules and it doesn't seem to taste like anything. I have known NOW products for a long time and find them very good.
La tomo junto con otros (muchos) suplementos para ayudar al corazón y creo que va bien. La espolvoreo en los cereales del desayuno abriendo las cápsulas para no tragar tanta cápsula y no parece que sepa a nada. Conozco los productos de NOW desde hace mucho y me parecen muy buenos.
