Indispensable for several reasons

It improves sleep, rest, muscle function, but I take it mainly because for migraine or headaches it is phenomenal... confirmed by my neurologist.

Personally, it does not suit me

They didn't sit well in my stomach, it kind of gave me heartburn. I was able to finish the bottle, but decided to switch to HSN's RAW calcium and magnesium products, which I had no problem with.

No me sentaban bien en el estómago, como que me producía acidez. Pude acabar el bote, pero decidí cambiarme a los productos de calcio y magnesio RAW de HSN con los que no tuve problema.
