My alternative to hsn.
I am not going to discover the positive effects of taking extra vitamin C. I will simply point out that Now Foods is the brand of vitamins and minerals that I usually opt for when the HSN brand is not available for stock reasons in the online store.

A basic antioxidant.
It is a good idea that it is mixed with rose hips. I think it is appropriate to take antioxidants giving them a period of intake and a rest period and thus choose one or the other depending on the moment and the synergies between them. The pills in this format are very large so I split them in half and thus I dose them better.

Considero que es adecuado tomar antioxidantes dándoles un periodo de toma y otro de descanso y así ir eligiendo unos u otros dependiendo del momento y de las sinergias entre ellos. Las pastillas en este formato son muy grandes por lo que las parto por la mitad y así dosifico mejor
