A 10 for me. And I have found the best way to dose it, I take almost 1 ml although the recommended dose is zero, 5. Twice a day, morning and evening, I take an empty capsule and the aloe NOW.El aloe I have it in a little bottle with dropper. Here is a picture of the bottle I am referring to because I find it very convenient. I prepare the doses, inject it into the capsule, close it and take it with half a glass of water and that's it. Remember to keep the bottle in the fridge.

Os pongo una imagen de la botellita a la que me refiero porque me resulta súper cómoda. Preparo las dosis la inyectó en la cápsula la cierro y me la tomo con medio vaso de agua y ya está. Acordaros de guardar la botellita en el en la nevera.
