As a lover of pre-workouts, this time I liked this combination of sponge cake and stimulant, with an ideal dose to take and leave on. I tried it this weekend on a long run, and wow, did it surprise me, as I only took water with me, and with a couple of units (one before and one during) I was able to hold out perfectly during the session. Definitely a staple from now on.
