A must-have basic at home

I love the combination of vitamin C and zinc. Since I've been taking it, I notice that I recover better and that I don't drag so much when I'm carrying a thousand things. Something I value a lot is that it does not give me digestive discomfort, despite being 1 gram, and that for me is key. Besides, it's super practical, just take it once a day and that's it.

Me encanta la combinación de vitamina C y zinc. Desde que lo tomo noto que me recupero mejor y que no me arrastro tanto cuando voy con mil cosas. Algo que valoro mucho es que no me da molestias digestivas, a pesar de ser 1 gramo, y eso para mí es clave. Además, es súper práctico, una toma al día y listo.
