Excellent magnesium formula

It is not the typical magnesium only for muscles: it has helped me to feel calmer and with a clearer head, especially in times of stress or when my mind is racing. You can tell it's a different form, very well absorbed, and on top of that it doesn't cause digestive problems. With one capsule a day is super comfortable, the formula is clean and without strange additives.
