Very good product

It is appreciated that it is gluten-free, since with other brands I used to buy in the past I had to look closely at the labeling and most of them had traces.

I loved the instant polenta, it's super practical! In a few minutes I have a warm and comforting dish, ideal for those days when I don't have much time to cook. The texture is very nice, soft but full-bodied, and the flavor is neutral, which makes it perfect to combine with both salty and sweet. By the way, I make delicious nachos with it.

Me ha encantado la polenta instantánea, ¡es súper práctica! En pocos minutos tengo un plato caliente y reconfortante, ideal para esos días en los que no tengo mucho tiempo para cocinar. La textura es muy agradable, suave pero con cuerpo, y el sabor es neutro, lo que la hace perfecta para combinar tanto con salado como con dulce. Por cierto, elaboro unos ricos nachos con ella.
