Slightly sweet taste but practically neutral. It is prepared quickly, but always with hot water, do not even try it cold. It is a perfect accompaniment to dishes as it is a wildcard for any flavor, salty or sweet.

I loved the instant polenta, it's super practical! In a few minutes I have a warm and comforting dish, ideal for those days when I don't have much time to cook. The texture is very nice, soft but full-bodied, and the flavor is neutral, which makes it perfect to combine with both salty and sweet. By the way, I make delicious nachos with it.
