Good choice

I don't notice any taste so I don't think anyone should have a problem with it. It is a good choice for reducing inflammation and as a source of antioxidants as well as helping with cholesterol.

No noto ningún sabor por lo que considero que nadie debería de tener problemas al respecto. Es una buena elección para rebajar inflamación y como aporte de antioxidantes además de ayudar con el colesterol.

Effectiveness
