WHOLE GREEN PEA FLOUR

Excellent versatile product

Very good flour, with a mild flavor and fine texture. I really like its high vegetable protein and fiber content, ideal to enrich my healthy recipes. I use it in pancakes, bread, savory doughs and even to thicken soups and creams, and it looks great. In addition, being whole grain, it keeps all the nutrients of the pea and is perfect for those of us who are looking for gluten-free alternatives.

Muy buena harina, de sabor suave y textura fina. Me gusta mucho su alto contenido en proteína vegetal y fibra, ideal para enriquecer mis recetas saludables. La utilizo en tortitas, pan, masas saladas e incluso para espesar sopas y cremas, y queda genial.
