Magnesium powder to take as a supplement. I recommend taking it only if you do not have a balanced diet.

Good taste, easy to dissolve, very effective

It is easy to take, the somewhat earthy taste does not bother very effective, you notice the effects very quickly. I exchange it with other forms of magnesium for greater effectiveness.
