Melatonin

It goes well, I'm liking it, since I take it, I notice better sleep, deeper and it is noticeable in the morning that I have rested better, totally recommended product for my part.

Very effective

It made it much easier to regulate my sleep schedule, half an hour after taking it, it took effect. The dosage of 0.5 mg was enough for me, but some people need higher doses.

Facilitou bastante a regulação do horário de sono, meia hora depois de tomar fez efeito. Para mim a dosagem de 0.5 mg foi suficiente, mas há quem necessite das doses maiores.

The flavor is neutral, but I don't like the taste any better for me personally, since the flavors are very repetitive.

Good product

I don't use it often but when I do it does the job, I'm asleep before an hour and more hours of deep sleep.
