I prefer other variants

I switched to this one after trying HSN's Ashwagandha 12:1, which worked very well for my anxiety, and when I switched to this one I didn't notice any effect. Then I looked at the label and saw that this one had a lower ratio (40:1). In my case, I prefer to take the ashwagandha (12:1) and magnesium separately, as this dose does not work for me.

I decided to start with one capsule instead of 2, and thank goodness. Because it had a great effect on me. I slept all night and when I woke up I fell asleep again immediately.
